Classes and Coaches
Most of us started on our fun journey by taking classes. Some of us took classes at amazing local places like the Pointless Theater, Planet Ant, and Go Comedy! Others trained in our fine universities and out of state at places like The Second City and IO. Many of us are now giving back to the community by offering coaching to groups. Post pandemic, Planet Ant and Go Comedy! are finalizing plans to offer classes.

Improv in Ypsi and Ann Arbor
Performers and Learners of Improv in the Ann Arbor and Ypsi area hold a high degree of gratitude to the Pointless Theater, which was our home for many years. Now that we no longer have that home, we have dispersed into loosely connected groups and coaches. We know that this has led to people feeling lost in this new reality.
There are motivated people in our community who are working to gather people at events, provide learning opportunities, and more. This site is an one example of the overall effort. We hope to primarily reach people who don't use social media. We also want to reach people who need information presented in an inclusive way. As this effort grows, we will cross-post information here along with posts on social media and other sites.
